Display preferences
The Visual / Minimal control stores your chosen mode in this browser’s localStorage under tvm-display-mode-v2. You can change the mode or remove the preference by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Inquiry information
The form asks for your name, reply email, inquiry type and message. Project inquiries also ask for a goal and an inquiry area. Organization, phone, planning budget, timing and other context are optional. There are no file-upload controls. Form entries are not saved in this browser’s storage.
Information you choose to submit is used to understand your question, assess project fit and respond. Include only the details needed for that purpose. Do not send passwords, financial records, medical records, unredacted identification or other highly sensitive material.
Form and email providers
The form is designed to submit to Netlify Forms. When Netlify processes a submission, it may store the submitted fields and associated technical information, and use spam filtering. Hosting requests may also involve technical information such as an IP address and browser details. A browser acknowledgment alone does not confirm a stored record or an email notification.
If email notifications are enabled, inquiry details may also be copied to TVM’s mailbox provider. Email links open your own email application; your email provider and TVM’s mailbox provider handle messages you choose to send. These services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Access, retention and privacy requests
Inquiry information is intended for the people handling your inquiry and the providers needed to process it. Retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting project and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No automatic deletion schedule is promised. Inquiry records, exports and email copies may need separate deletion; permanent archival storage is not offered through this website.
To ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion, contact hello@twilightvision.media. Identify the message using its approximate date and reply email, without sending additional sensitive records. Any information that must be retained can be discussed as part of the request.
